Clicked "Select All" from the Menu Bar (Edit, Select All).Changed the extended Search bar to be based on Date Created.Clicked the checkbox next to the "On My Computer" (no others) on the left hand side.Then I put Calendar into list mode (Organise, List Button).Frustratingly these get imported into the "On My Computer" Calendar rather than the Exchange server calendar. Then I imported the previously exported entries.This initially deleted all the restored entries as expected.Made sure my Mac did not have access to the internet - Reason for this was that when if I did not do this synchronising Outlook with the exchange server would delete all the entries again.Rebuilt the database using the Microsoft Office Database utility.Restored the files from /Users/username/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/.
